Lovely, comfort apartment in great location.

It was a beautiful, well appointed room, very clean and comfortable.

That we had to provide our own toiletries and buy tea and toilet paper. The stairs are dangerous when carrying bags. The very strict instructions on cleaning the apartment on leaving.

The room is neat and clean and modern.

I received very little information on where I am allowed to park. The parking spots in front of the building all limits to 20 minutes. I tried to contact the host to clear this, but never received any feedback. We booked the apartment for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is not fully equipped for 4 people, as some of the crockery only has 3 in the set. I understand leaving the place as clean as possible, but all the house rules and threats of extra charges for not obeying, was a bit too much.

It is a cosy apartment and good value for money though having no warm water in the morning was not what we expected.

Centrally located, nice apartment.

Second pair of bed linens had not been prepared and we had to go search for them in the house. The host was very helpful though with the instructions. Bigger problem was that there was no warm water in the morning.

the location is ok

Everything. Don't believe the description - the property is uncomfortable and looks like it's abou to fall apart any moment. WIFI doesn't work, no AC in +37 weather. Steep stairs, no elevator. Wires falling from the walls and ceiling. Grimy dirty blinders. eView overlooks the yard where trash is collected. Much better properties in the area for lower prices.

Disappointing

The room had smoke smell. The linen supposed to be paid for - never mentioned during reservation on the booking. When I rejected to pay, the host agreed to give it for free - thanks to Christmas time. I needed to make the bed myself.

Arrival instructions were not correct. The bed was small and it's not a separate bedroom what I would expect in an apartment. It was more hotel style but then the price is high for what is offered because breakfast is not available..

excellent location. easy check in. high quality of fixtures (eg cooker, shower, TV). Some other users have commented on lack of curtains - this is a traditional French building so the shutters on the exterior of the windows help block out sunlight.

Centre of the town, easy reach for all amenities, bars, restaurants etc. Spacious, fully equipped, and with private parking immediately behind the apartment. Very clean and with super shower.

The beds were not comfortable (very bad slatted base and mattress). No curtains against the sun (the blinds are not sufficient). Bed under windows facing a very busy street (impossible to sleep with windows open due to early traffic starting at 6 am).

Unexpectedly, had to pay 10 euro extra for bed linen and towels. No bedside tables/lamps. In case of fire, would not know how to escape (wooden stairways/hallway).

Stor och fin lägenhet i perfekt läge mitt i centrum. Välstädat och sköna sängar. Vi träffade aldrig värden men ankomst och avresa var smidigt med kommunikation via Booking och telefonsamtal.

Très bien situé, en plein centre d’Arbois. Consignes claires et tout à roulé. Appartement bien entretenu, confortable et fonctionnel. Hôtes très réactifs.

Manque de finissions dans les communs, serviettes un peu trop rugueuses, petit oubli de poussière sur un meuble (table de nuit).

le séjour c'est très bien passé et l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le JURA

l'emplacement était bien à côté du centre ville, parking gratuit possible à proximité, et restaurant juste à côté ainsi qu'une pharmacie juste à côté.

un caisson phonique au niveau du tuyau PCV qui passe dans les toilettes éviterait les bruits d'écoulement des eaux et amènerai un petit plus

L'emplacement au cœur du centre avec tout a proximité. Netfix est disponible. Présence de ventilateurs permettant de supporter les grosses chaleurs

Propreté douteuse (poils dans les lits superposés et linges jaunes) Appartement sombre et tres mal isolé du bruit. Hors rue tres bruyante avec camion de livraison et dechargement de chariots métalliques à 3h du mat sous le porche de l'appartement. Odeur d'égout nauseabonde ans l'entrée et la salle de bain. Il semble qu'il n'y ait pas de siphon.

La récupération de la cé était compliquée parce que le boîtier clé ou le code était défectueux, mais l'hôte était parfait !! L'hôte était très aimable, serviable et sympathique. LA CORDIALITÉ ET L'AMABILITÉ SONT LES ATOUTS DE CET HÉBERGEMENT.

Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé et absolument pas en relation avec la prestation (1 nuit 107 euros). Pas de gel douche, pas de lave-vaisselle, la housse de couette n'était pas mise, NETFLIX est promis gratuitement et cela ne marche pas ...

Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold til bymidten. Perfekt med køleskab. Gode madrasser. Meget rent! God kommunikation med værten, fungerede fint.

Meget varmt, kunne have være dejligt med a/c. Lidt støj fra gaden pga. åbent vindue (pga.varmen). Seng til 3. person var ikke super.
