La situation geographique et epicerie a proximite Belle et pratique salle de bains
Les escaliers non signales dans le descriptif Anenue tres bruyante sous les 2 fenetres , Eclairage manquant dans escalier studio - Fenetres et volets difficiles a ouvrir - suivant la descrption de l'annonce (voir tarif et vos courriers) j'etais persuadee avoir loue un produit avec une chambre independante car vous indiquez : "chambre : 1 lit double - salon 1 canape lit " Par definition une chambre est independante. Ceci nous a oblige a louer un autre studio a proximite (420 euros). En consequence nous pensons avoir droit a une indemnisation.
