The living room, the bed room

No soap to take the shower and no tablet for the dishwasher. It could be improved easily.

Lovely, comfort apartment in great location.

It was a beautiful, well appointed room, very clean and comfortable.

That we had to provide our own toiletries and buy tea and toilet paper. The stairs are dangerous when carrying bags. The very strict instructions on cleaning the apartment on leaving.

Quick overnight

The room is neat and clean and modern.

I received very little information on where I am allowed to park. The parking spots in front of the building all limits to 20 minutes. I tried to contact the host to clear this, but never received any feedback. We booked the apartment for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is not fully equipped for 4 people, as some of the crockery only has 3 in the set. I understand leaving the place as clean as possible, but all the house rules and threats of extra charges for not obeying, was a bit too much.

It is a cosy apartment and good value for money though having no warm water in the morning was not what we expected.

Centrally located, nice apartment.

Second pair of bed linens had not been prepared and we had to go search for them in the house. The host was very helpful though with the instructions. Bigger problem was that there was no warm water in the morning.

Everything. Don't believe the description - the property is uncomfortable and looks like it's abou to fall apart any moment. WIFI doesn't work, no AC in +37 weather. Steep stairs, no elevator. Wires falling from the walls and ceiling. Grimy dirty blinders. eView overlooks the yard where trash is collected. Much better properties in the area for lower prices.

Disappointing

The room had smoke smell. The linen supposed to be paid for - never mentioned during reservation on the booking. When I rejected to pay, the host agreed to give it for free - thanks to Christmas time. I needed to make the bed myself.

Arrival instructions were not correct. The bed was small and it's not a separate bedroom what I would expect in an apartment. It was more hotel style but then the price is high for what is offered because breakfast is not available..

excellent location. easy check in. high quality of fixtures (eg cooker, shower, TV). Some other users have commented on lack of curtains - this is a traditional French building so the shutters on the exterior of the windows help block out sunlight.

Centre of the town, easy reach for all amenities, bars, restaurants etc. Spacious, fully equipped, and with private parking immediately behind the apartment. Very clean and with super shower.

The beds were not comfortable (very bad slatted base and mattress). No curtains against the sun (the blinds are not sufficient). Bed under windows facing a very busy street (impossible to sleep with windows open due to early traffic starting at 6 am).

Unexpectedly, had to pay 10 euro extra for bed linen and towels. No bedside tables/lamps. In case of fire, would not know how to escape (wooden stairways/hallway).

Les escaliers au départ ( pas prévenue), ménage trop léger compte tenu du prix, ne pas laisser ne serait-ce qu’une éponge pour faire la vaisselle n’est pas acceptable, laisser du papier d’allu deja utilisé dans le four est un indicateur vraiment moyen sur la qualité des prestations.

Très bien! Apartment en position centrale à arbois, contexte très calme et dans le relax. L'apart est moderne et avec tout ce qu'il faut, propriétaire très clair et gentil Toilettes - salle de bains modernes et avec serviettes. Chambre confortable, TV avec Netflix inclus Très très bien merci!

Je ne mets pas 10/10 mais 9 seulmente car j'invite à rendre les serviettes un peu plus douces sur la peau et peut-être une deuxième option d'oreillers, histoire de pouvoir choisir entre un plus ou moins dur.
