Boa Localização. Por ser no 8 andar tem uma vista muito bonita.
A manutenção deixou a desejar, o trinco da porta da suíte caia o tempo todo. A limpeza também deixou a desejar tinha barata no armário da cozinha. A cama da suíte é bem dura. Copos também só tinha copo americano muito pequeno.

Banheiros pequenos. Area comun (sala) pequena. Almofadas e sofá com mau cheiro. Deveria ter maquina de lavar e secar roupas.

Ar condicionado, espaço, disponibilidade de itens domésticos, enfim, no geral muito bom.
Tinha barata nos armários da cozinha. Da de ver que não é por falta de higiene, mas sim por ficar parado, pois tem cheiro de móveis sem muita utilidade. Dito isso, detetizar e higienizar mais antes de alugar, seria interessante.
