de ligging en de inrichting
-de verlichting in de overloop naar de slaapkamer/badkamer werkte niet. Nachtelijk wc bezoek was onmogelijk daardoor zonder de partner te wekken -bediening van beide ovens was nodeloos gecompliceerd. -ik had als ruglijder pijn zowel in de zetels als op de stoelen

Die moderne Ausstattung und die zentrale Lage (z.B. mehrere Bäckereien und ein Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, die historische Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Kustram direkt vor der Haustür- und dennoch nachts sehr ruhig) haben uns besonders gefallen. Das Bett war außerdem sehr bequem, so dass wir genussvolle, entspannte und schöne Tage verbringen konnten.
Die digitale Steuerung der Heizung war nicht selbsterklärend zu verstehen, so dass wir erst die Vermietungsagentur bitten mussten, jemanden zu beauftragen. Das ist dann auch schnell erledigt worden.

L'emplacement au centre ville. La déco .
Les remontées d'odeur de cuisine. Le bruit du tramway, et du restaurant juste en dessous. L'agencement de l'appartement, trop de portes intermédiaires, qui gênent la circulation.
