Najlepszą zaletą jest lokalizacja, blisko do plaży. Kolejny ważny plus to czystość. Cała reszta mniej istotna też jest OK, za wyjątkiem wad opisanych poniżej.
Lokal zrobiony trochę na siłę, czyli upchanie wszystkiego co potrzebne na bardzo małej powierzchni, co tylko częściowo się udało. Minus to miska wc, z której korzystanie jest niewygodne (zbyt blisko umywalki) nawet dla mniejszych gabarytowo ludzi. Niesprawny kaloryfer (na prąd, jak wszystko) w pokoju, czego klimatyzacja nie "naprawi", bo jej umiejscowienie jest dobre dla chłodzenia, ale nie dla grzania. Akurat gdy byliśmy to był bardzo chłodny majowy weekend (ok. 11-12 stopni). Szafy nie da się otworzyć na oścież, bo albo przeszkadza samozamykacz albo lampa (!).
