Well organized room with separate well equipped kitchen/dining room. (Even small things like air freshener and mosquito spray) Quiet neighborhood for a homely experience.
No personal contact with the owner, but the check-in/-out without any problems.

We did not get breakfast as it was not offered in the package. We took our own.
I asked for a place without stairs and asked about stairs before confirming the booking due to recent surgeries. We arrived and had to climb stairs to get to the front door. I questioned the owner and was advised that due to cleaning staff not being available over the weekend he personally cleaned the top room and not No 1 as No 1 was a mess and a bit larger to clean. I specifically asked for No 1 due to it having no stairs. I was told it had a sea view but had to walk to the end of the balcony in front of other rooms that the owner advised were booked to see a small part of the ocean. The bed was found to be very hard plus the chairs had no cushions on them and were also very hard to sit on. Cushions for the chairs would have been helpful. The Wi-Fi reception was on and off, yet our personal mobile Wi-Fi worked fine, we managed to watch TV on the Laptop, but the TV was impossible to use. This would have been a great help as I did not book to go sight-seeing but to rest and recuperate after numerous surgeries the past year. Parking bays were not marked and so I was left to park in the street and walk slightly up hill and upstairs to the apartment after returning from dinner each night. I did not see the owner again after we booked in except for trying to fix the TV the next morning. which in the end did not work.
