Ein paar kleine "Macken", zB im Tisch. Ohne jedoch wirklich zu stören...

Чисто, є все необхідне, все зрозуміло при поселенні.
Так як помешкання знаходиться в приміський зоні, то і були деякі нюанси. Як наприклад: специфічний запах ззовні, та дуже багато мух, бажано розглянути можливість обладнати сітками. І ще виїзд о 10 годині, ну хочаб об 11 годині.
