The property was conveniently close to the base of the Cardrona ski fields. The drive from the property to the ski resort was approx 15-20mins depending on road conditions. So glad we chose to stay here instead of Wanaka, which would have been another 20mins drive each way to go to Cardrona. The property has a sizeable drying room which was great for all our gears (boots, skis, boards, helmets, gloves, googles) and still with ample room! The beds were comfortable and the whole place was so clean, cozy and had all the comfort of being at home. Our group travelled with a toddler and a baby cot and high chair was readily available upon request. Would highly recommend this property for those wanting to access Cardrona on a daily basis. The drive from Queenstown airport was also around 50mins only, compared to Wanaka which would have been over an hour.

The street parking was rather narrow, and our group travelled with 2 rental cars.

It was very clean, well equipped and decorated.

It’s in a small housing complex. I thought we were in a country house.

The property was beautifully presented & cosy. Perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine and game of cards after a day on the mountain. Will be coming back.
