Clean and modern. In good location.

Central heater was banned out from heating most probably for energy saving, however with 7 months baby we were unhappy that we couldn’t heat as much we needed and the owner said the heat is sufficient. air conditioning installed, couldn’t use because the remote was not in the location same for energy saving most probably.

Very clean, nice new residencial building with a playground in the central yard. The owner is a very nice lady.

it might be a bit difficult to find a parking space if you arrive late in the night

I was at my vacation of 10 days in the apartment at floor 6. It was my best stay ever. The apartment is actually new with very modern design and very convenient. There is all I was need to get exceptional stay during this period. The apartment is very clean and well holded. No smoke smells. Very nice kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. Perfect bed. The apartment itself is a part of the newly builded complex build recently with all new facilities. This is located very close to the Dolina Roz Park that was very convenient for me to have outdoor rest and sport activities. Supermarket and public transport station are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner , Olga, was very responsive for everything to get my stay perfect. Thank you Olga. I will definitely return to this apartment in my future stays and recommend it to everyone.
