Clean and modern and in a good area to visit the old city. Small fridge stocked gratis😀

They use a strong perfume in their cleaners so if you are sensitive to smells even good ones it is a problem. They did take out the plug in deodorizer in the bathroom that helped somewhat.

Great location hotel

Very well located, you could walk anywhere within the historical district, very clean, great service from the front desk.

The room didn’t have any windows, i didn’t notice that on the description, plus it doesn’t have an elevator, at first they had us on the third floor but moved us down to the second floor. . The bed was more on the firm side. There’s only three parking spaces.

Very comfortable & central boutique hotel

Central location, everything walkable. Very comfy large bed & our room had a sun terrace. We enjoyed the free juice & even a couple of small beers in the mini bar.

We would have loved a kettle in the room to make tea or some milk as we don’t drink black coffee. No cafe or restaurant on site, but they offer free coffee & hot water in reception.

The staff got me a driver to the Queretaro airport. There was no airport shuttle service.

Location was excellent. Room was quiet. Facilities worked well.

There was a sweetish smell in the room; I thought it could have been some sort of cleaner. I didn't know and I didn't care for it. Also the lighting was all very modern and LED lights. They gave kind of a harsh look to the room.

Cute Boutique Hotel near City Center

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us a ride to the airport. We only stayed 1 night, but the location was excellent as we were able to walk to a restaurant for lunch and breakfast the following morning. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and set down luggage. There was a desk in the room and it looked like it was just remodeled. Overall a great place! We would definitely recommend this place!

The only negative is there is no elevator. We stayed on the 3rd level so had to go up and down the stairs. It was ok for us, but could be a problem for other people.

Location was great. The old town feel and decor was very cute.

Traveling as a family with 2 teenagers I would have liked to have a mirror in the room not only in the bathroom. The room was also missing a full length mirror. The receptionist was not as nice as most people are in the area. She wasn’t terrible but not warm and approachable. Maybe because I spoke Spanish she wasn’t as friendly, she seemed a bit off.

Sweet, sophisticated, serene -- will return.

Casa Loreta is located in the favorite part of town -- the greenest of parks that is full of cultural activities without the noise and bells of Centro. Upscale neighborhood. The concierge was kind enough to give us free breakfast even though it's offered only on weekends, something that is largely misunderstood due to an issue with Expedia. When any institution puts customer first, how can you not support them!

Excellent small hotel in the historic district of Queretaro.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, although it helped to have some working spanish. The rooms very nice and comfortable. There were two outside sitting areas that were nice to use in the evening. This hotel is very near a central zocalo in the middle of the historic district. That made it very easy to walk to a variety of museums and restaurants. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, it works with one across the street, which also has a bar. We were able to use one of the parking spots in the courtyard, which was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to return here.

We had a glitch one day when we had to chase down towels.

Inviting pool, good location, undependable airport shuttle service

The hotel was nice overall. Really liked the pool. The room was decent. Location was good. Lots of parks, plazas and restaurants nearby.

Found this hotel on booking.com. Advertised as having an airport shuttle. Talked to the receptionist about the shuttle and cost. We agreed to book the shuttle to the airport through the hotel. We were to meet the shuttle at 2:30am in the lobby. The shuttle never showed. The two guys on duty began calling once the shuttle did not show. Never got an answer. We had to order an Uber at the last minute and luckily we were able to acquire one. Definitely is NOT how you want to end your stay at 2:30am. Arranging shuttle drivers that are not dependable and leaving it to the guest to figure it out at 2:30am is UNACCEPTABLE! Left a bad impression as our parting thoughts.

Our stay was relaxing, safe and very pleasant thanks to the dedicated staff of this hotel.

The location and overall aesthetic was very nice. We never felt unsafe. The view from the balconies is noteworthy. The rooms are spacious enough. The bathrooms are well-ventilated while the room itself is dark. There is a full coffee maker in the room and 2 bottles of water. The pool area is quiet, clean and relaxing. The AC in the rooms work well and the staff is very friendly and helpful even to guests who struggle with Spanish.

Perfect location, beautiful, excellent service

The hotel is amazing and a perfect location! Juanita was so helpful with everything, including finding a private driver to take us to Peña de Bernal and 3 wineries. I don't like tours and we speak Spanish so having a guide was not what we wanted or needed. Our driver was amazing, and we got to pick and choose our destinations. The hotel has a pool and beautiful terrace. There is no food on site but so many delicious places to eat nearby, so it was absolutely no issue.

Very good

A nice, pretty and very central hotel, where we felt comfortable, safe and welcome. The staff was very attentive, including guidance with the tricky task of parking the cars in the small patio.

The only window of our room lead to the hallway - it was properly secured, seperated by a glass door and there was daylight, but the bathroom window of another room was just opposite. The guests of that other room happened to get up very early, so we woke up to their bathroom noises emerging around two meters from our bed. Keeping the window closed was not an option either since the air was going bad quickly otherwise. Also our bathroom had no window, just an air vent. All of this was not the case for the other rooms of our party and a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
