Easy check in, I've received istructions in advance.
The studio needs to be renovated a little bit. The walls were not clean. A lot of dust everywhere. TV didn't work at all. Uncomfortable beds. Not enough shower gels. Only 3 towels for 2 people. 2-3 pieces of coffee bags and sugar for 4 days of our stay. No oil, no water in the fridge, these details are standard of minimal hospitality nowadays. Also it's really small, and there no table to eat or to work comfortably. So, for one night it's fine, location is nice, but this is the one plus.
