There's a letting agent with an office a five minute walk away, where you pick up the keys - all very easy. You can drop off the keys out of hours too, without any problem.

nice, cosy apt., good location, friendly staff
neighbours didn’t allow bicycles in the elevator, the apt. is actually in a flat, you get the keys via agency where you have to deposit whooping 400€ (but that was written in the policy).
