Safe pool area for children. Beautiful well kept gardens. Air con in house was much needed.

Some areas could have been better used. The terrace had no table or loungers so we only stood up there to enjoy the views.

The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the overall quality of the property. However, it would have been nice to have some basic essentials available upon arrival, such as tea, coffee, or a small amount of salt. These small touches would make guests feel even more welcome

Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the poor communication and lack of support throughout our stay. There was no internet connection for almost the entire holiday, which was a major issue as I needed it for work. Despite repeatedly reaching out for assistance, I was largely ignored by both the owners and the management company. A representative of the management company, Beatriz, contacted me and arranged a meeting to address the issue. I waited for her for several hours, but she never arrived and stopped responding to my messages afterward. I was genuinely shocked by the way this situation was handled. Technical problems can happen anywhere, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and effort to help. Future guests should be aware that if something goes wrong during their stay, they may not receive the support or assistance they expect.
