Lokalizacja w centrum Lutowisk, mimo to spokojnie i pięknie. Dobry punkt wypadowy. Na dole sklep spożywczy, fajny sklep z pamiątkami i przepyszne lody. W pokoju czysto, wygodne łóżko, przytulnie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, sprzyjająca integracji.
Niewielką niedogodnością było zbyt mało światła w łazience, co utrudniało np. golenie się. Byliśmy w czasie ogromnych upałów, więc brakowało nam też chociaż małego wentylatora. Według mnie warto by było dorzucić to do wyposażenia. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że bardzo polecamy obiekt.
