    Disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a backup generator, which can be a major inconvenience during power outages. Additionally, when there are excess guests, the staff may ask you to eat outside or wait 1–2 hours for food service. Better planning and guest management are needed to improve the overall experience.

    Conveniently located with walking access to the lakeside and close up view of the lake from 5th floor and terrace allowing you to enjoy the beauty from the comfort of your hotel. Staff was most gracious and accomodating. Good for a stopover as well as a budget staycation.

    We booked Chino after ABC trek. The hotel is clean and nice and comfy. And the managers are super kind allowing us to check in extra early around 10am which we trully appreciate to be able to take shower earlier than later. The location is very central right in the middle of Pokhara action and super close to the lake. We were a bit bothered from the music from the lake and dogs barking, but this is out of anyone's control. Should have brought ear plugs. Will still reccomend and will come back.
