La posizione, l'ampiezza dei locali, l'arredamento, la grandezza del letto e il buon funzionamento dell'aria condizionata. Parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze Costo decisamente conveniente per quanto offerto.
La dotazione di cucina troppo essenziale e disordinata. La pulizia non troppo curata, anche perché sono in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'edificio e degli ascensori che non aiutano da questo punto di vista.

Liniște, intim, curat, aproape de faleza,
Se vede clar ca mai trebuiesc remediate anumite lucruri, boilerul de la baie care curge, asigurarea cu prosoape ok, urmele de mucegai de pe pereți, salteaua...lipsa locului de parcare, trebuia sa cauți si sa găsești asa la noroc.
