GreT location. Close enough to downtown to be convenient, far enough in the country to be quiet with lovely views. Very spacious shared areas, lovely deck, hammock, outdoor fireplace. Secure, private parking.
The only improvements I would suggest is per room heat exchangers as some guests wanted colder, others warmer. Maybe dimmable lights on the deck? (Cheap swap to LEDs with remotes?). I loved sitting on the deck with light leaking from the rooms; the deck lights were too bright to just chill at night. These are really minor niggles...

Plenty of options for things to do, bummed we didnt get time to try out the pool table. Cornhole, jenga, fireplace outside, and a hammock. The hosts were super polite, we got there right at check-in and had our own little tour even. Very cool place, would stay there again gladly.
The spa bathtub was a little annoying, definitely not a deal breaker but we couldn't get it to work properly. I had incorrectly assumed it would be something more like a jacuzzi, that wasnt the hosts fault by any means though.
