Cortijo El Olivar Órgiva by Ruralidays

Well equipped house. Close to Órgiva, so easy access to supermarket and restaurants.The pool was great, for hot days in the Alpujarras. Spectacular location, on the owners olive and fruit farm, with views of the Sierra Nevada mountains, still capped with snow during our stay..It was perfect as a base for visiting our friends who live in the high villages.The owners were very friendly, and welcoming, yet respected our privacy too. We loved our stay..

We couldn't find anything to dislike.

This Cortijo was ideal for the two of us. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and peaceful, exactly what is needed for a relaxing holiday. Outside had plenty of seating areas if you wanted to sit in the sun or the shade. The hosts were very friendly, and even though next door were not intrusive, they did supply us with firewood as the weather was a bit chilly, fresh fruit (home grown)and free range eggs that was much appreciated. There were some good walks around the property and was about a 50 minute walk into Orgiva, with it's bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Absolutely nothing, it was a lovely place to stay and relax

De eigenaars waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, afgelegen maar alsnog dichtbij verschillende dorpjes. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alle gemakken en de tuin met het zwembad is heerlijk met een prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Nevada. Ook voor ons dochtertje van 1,5 was alles perfect. Kinderbedje en stoeltje werden voor ons geregeld. Echt geweldig! Ik zou iedereen deze plek aanraden.
