A comfortable, modern, clean & functional apartment - a perfect base for exploring.

The apartments are modern, clean, functional and comfortable. The location is close to the center of the village including all the basic shops. We were fortunate to also have the benefit of the weekly market. Jerome was very hospitable and did his best to assist at all times.

Jerome is an excellent host; greeted us, ensured we were comfortable, and made several restaurant recommendations which were delicious. The website pictures are accurate. The property was very clean, safe, and quiet. Bed comfy. Highly recommend!

Very nice compact studio with many amenities located in the middle of town. Owner very friendly and helpful in getting you settled, booking of restaurant and giving tips on walks in the neighbourhood.

Excellent location for multiple varied bike and car tours.

Everything is perfect here. The owner is really very helpful and friendly. The studio is clean, comfortable, very efficiently equipped with everything you need in a studio with kitchen. Everything is new and modern. Also the bathroom is great, with rain shower. Heat and airconditioning can be controlled by the guest. We received a continuous daily supply of nespresso, towels when asked for, and help with planning our bike tours. It's an excellent location for various bike tours. Wifi and TV is excellent. Beds are extra large and very high quality. There is always enough space in the street to park your car (free). Our bicycles could be stored inside overnight. The apartments in the back are also very quiet, perfectly soundproof. The windows at the back of course do not offer a view but it does not matter anyway if you're out all day. There are two excellent bakeries within a few steps from the studio, and a supermarket at 600-700 meters. We hope to return on one of our next trips.

Excellent.

This accommodation was booked as a one night stopover en route back from the Alps. The host was really helpful (speaks pretty good English). He suggested options for local restaurants and even rang the good, local pizzeria to book us in (we enjoyed good, hot, freshly-made food there). As for the room: The host converted the excellent rooms during the pandemic and they have been expertly designed with comfortable beds and furniture, air-conditioning, plus a kitchen area with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. (Hot drinks machine with coffee and tea pods provided by the host. A generously-sized fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher). The host was very happy to do our washing up! For a larger family it looks like you could arrange adjoining rooms as there was a locked door in one of the walls. A good shower in the bathroom with overhead shower or handheld options. The host is happy to offer use of a secure area for luggage if you don't want to leave anything in the car. We would definitely stay here again.

A a true treasure on the Côte Challonaise

Jerome was an absolute delight. He was very proactive before our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed befor we arrived. He ensured our room was available for our early arrival, despite being completely booked. Upon arrival and during our stay, he was very much available. He was accommodating and hospitable. The room was extremely clean, very modern, and well outfitted. The bed was very comfortable.

Jerome was a brilliant host who was welcoming and hospitable. It's a lovely set up with stylish, large and comfortable rooms in a characterful building. We stayed longer than planned because we were enjoying it so much. We rented e bikes to cycle through the vineyards. It was a delight. Highly recommended.

The apartment was thoughtfully decorated in a modern style and equipped to provide a very relaxing place to stay. A well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. Lots of attention to details that are often overlooked. The host, Jerome, was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. He was very helpful with local information. We booked for one night but booked a second as we wanted to make the most of our stay in such a nice apartment. Thank you Jerome.

Lovely new apartment in a beautiful village

Lovely new, bright apartment equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The owner was really helpful and friendly and made us very welcome. Givry exceeded our expectations, it’s a beautiful village, lovely for an evening stroll and there’s a nice little bar down the road for an evening drink. There are vineyards galore to explore in the area.

Un bel endroit, cosy, decoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! C'est rare de trouver un studio avec 2 vrais lits doubles (pas de canapé lit), c'était une agréable surprise.

Zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert das nur 500m entfernt gelegene Restaurant „La table de Givry“. Unbedingt vorher reservieren.

Alles prima, jederzeit wieder!

Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Zum Empfang begrüßte uns leckere Schokolade im Appartment. Die Matrazen sind sehr gut, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Appartment liegt zentral in Givry, die Lage ist aber angenehm ruhig und einen Parkplatz fanden wir mühelos an der Strasse. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: circa 250 m entfernt liegt das Restaurant Cadol, in dem wir ausgezeichnet zu Abend gegessen haben. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
