Spacious, comfy, has many amenities

Very friendly and very helpful lady even meet us at the property in midnight, because our flight was delayed. Very nice and clean property even looks better than i the photos.We will come back again I think soon.

Just location a bit far from the centre about 40 min walk,but we got taxi number from landlady.

The property had a good view of a local golf course but also of the swimming pool. My children loved opening the shutters in a morning and looking at the pool. The property was clean.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and caused my husband back pain. The host contacted us at the beginning of our stay to say we could enter the room from 1pm as opposed to 4pm as our flight landed at 10am and at this point we felt the host was very friendly, we really appreciated this. At the end of the stay I left the property at 2am with 2 young children, a pushchair and 6 bags as well as the rubbish bags to put in the bin. As the gate clicked behind me the taxi turned up and I realised I still had the gate card (wider gate card to the 80+ rooms) so I panicked, placed the key card somewhere and sent the host a video of exactly where the card was situated. I understand this was not the wisest idea but I was met with a very very rude tone. I explained the situation, apologised but again was met with a very rude tone. This could have partly been down to a language barrier as when I replied saying I feel you are being very rude, he did say it was not his intention but again his replies were very sharp with no acknowledgment of my situation. Again I understood this was my fault but I didn’t appreciate the tone.
