The kitchen is super well equiped. AC works fine. Quiet. The reserved car parking place is great. 10 minutes by car to grocery store and beaches. Very nice stay overall.
Walking access to the beach is not easy. A car is absolutely indispensable. 4g connection is extremely difficult.

The accommodation is in a good location, easy to find,close to Olbia, which we like to visit often. Near the apartment was nice beaches, one of you can walk in about 10min from it, ,we have access to tenisa court which we enjoy playing with kids. Contact with property was fantastic, smooth, without any problems, good communication and navigation. We enjoy staying in this property.
Small advice- if you booking the apartment due to swimming pool, make sure is open before you do it.
