Wow, wow, wow! 5-star Villa for 2 - all of the amenities you see are not shared with anyone else. Villa - Beautiful newly built, thoughtful stylish house. (It has spoiled us for future rental standards). Stunning views - location, location, location ❤️! The elevated location means a steep climb up stepped path from the road where your car is parked. Although Milan carried the case up for us after he met us to take us to the parking area and location. All needed is to turn up and relax! - you have every possible thing you need or may have forgotten provided e.g. toothbrush, toilet rolls, toiletries, towels, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent etc, etc! Fabulous host - Milan, available, attentive but with the perfect balance, special touches - Breakfast bakery items left for you on the first morning, a large range of drinks awaits your arrival and a fresh fruit basket. House cleaned, linen and towels refreshed at the end of our first week.

Perfect!

Everything was fabulous about House Hill Star Kumbor. Milan was super friendly, helpful and so generous. His house was extremely comfortable, exceptionally well equipped with supplies of fruit, wine, soft drinks, water and beer. The views from the spacious outdoor areas were out of this world making it for a beautiful and relaxing experience. I wish I stayed longer!

The best accommodation we have ever been! Everything in the house was new, very comfortable, luxurious and stylish. The host was very kind and took care of every detail in the house. There are two balconies which have amazing view of the sea, perfect for sunsets. Very good location, we didn't need to take our car, we went by walk to Portonovi. We will definetly come back.

The house is well decorated. Nothing missed and if i come back in montenegro i will rent again this house. The wish of owner is you to feel welcome, to this, he joined acts to his words. For cats lover, neighborn has cats who will join you if you call them. Thank you Milan for this nice week.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem perfekten und freundlichen Gastgeber

Wir können uns nur den vielen Gästen mit den hervorragenden Bewertungen anschließen. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus entsprach den höchsten Erwartungen. So einen Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie. Am Tag der Ankunft warteten schon diverse Getränke im Kühlschrank auf uns einschl. Bier und Wein. Es gab sehr viele schneeweiße Badetücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche hat eine Vollausstattung. Es waren wesentlich mehr Geschirr und Gläser da als benötigt. Am nächsten Morgen stellte uns Milan schon vor 7 Uhr frische Backwaren für das Frühstück auf die Terrasse. Das Haus bietet 3 Terrassen und einen Balkon mit schönen Blicken auf das Wasser und die Berge. Zum Abschied gab es ein Geschenk für jeden und Kuchen. Vielen Dank, Milan, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Übrigens hat uns Herzeg Novi , das sich in der Nähe befindet, mit am besten von allen Orten unserer dreiwöchigen Reise gefallen und war auch am saubersten.

Man parkt zwar kostenlos unten an einer viel befahrenen Straße, muss diese dann aber überqueren und etliche Treppen steigen.Milan holte uns ab und brachte das schwere Gepäck ins Haus.Auch am Abreisetag war er zur Stelle. Doch das nimmt man bei diesem außergewöhnlichen Quartier gern in Kauf.

Csendes, tengerre nyíló kilátással amerikai stílusú villa 2 fő részére.

Nagyon szép, modern villa az Adriai tengerre nyíló kilátással. Csendes környezetben található, közel Porto Novihoz, ahol éttermek, kávézók, luxus boutiqueok, fagyizók találhatóak. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, első reggel meglepett minket reggelivel, a hütőben üdítők, bor, víz várt ránk és ízletes gyümölcsök. Nagyon tiszta szállás, a konyha és a fürdő teljesen felszerelt. A teraszon napágyak, napernyők, kerti kiülők bíztosítják a relaxációt. Lépcsőkön közelíthető meg a szállás azonban érkezésünkkor a szállásadó segített a csomagok felvitélében is, amiért hálás köszönet érte. Párommal ketten nyaraltunk számunkra egyszerűen tökéletes volt.

Gyönyörű szállás gyönyörű kilátással

Milan a szállásadó egy nagyon kedves,segítőkész ember. Mivel nincs saját parkolója a háznak, segített felvinni a csomagokat. A hűtőben hideg italok vártak és gyümölcs. Másnap meglepett minket egy finom reggelivel és utolsó nap búcsúajándékot is kaptunk. A ház nagyon jól felszerelt, mintha otthon lennél, minden van. Gyönyörű kilátás az öbölre a teraszról.

A ház kb 20 percre van a strandtól és élelmiszerbolttól egy domboldalon. De ez nem jelentett problémát.

Ciepły i przytulny dom wakacyjny. Piękny widok z tarasu.

Dom zbudowany na wzniesieniu do którego trzeba dojść po schodach z parkingu. Przejście przez bardzo ruchliwą ulicę bez pobocza. Sam dom bardzo przytulny i fajnie urządzony. Znajdziesz tutaj wszystko… żelazko, suszarkę a nawet szczoteczkę do zębów 😁. Widok z tarasu jest cudowny. Siedzisz na leżaku i odpoczywasz oglądając statki wpływające do zatoki. Do pobliskiej plaży jest ok 10min spacerem, ale leżaki kosztują 165e za komplet. Ok 20min dalej port i plaże ogólnodostępne, ale bardzo wąskie. Właściciel obiektu to przemiły człowiek, który pomógł nam z bagażami, podarował całą lodówkę napoi w cenie oraz następnego dnia dostarczył powitalne śniadanie 🥰. Ten obiekt to świetne miejsce na odpoczynek w ciszy… z ładnym widokiem. Dla nas wspaniała baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia zatoki kotorskiej i Czarnogóry.
