Very close to the Taichung train station and there were a lot of restaurants around the area. Although when we were there, most were closed because of Typhoon Bavi.
We had a pay 100 Taiwanese dollars for extra pillow. I know it’s not much but I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for extra pillows.

Very convenient location, directly next to the Taichung train station. I wanted to have easy transport access to regional connections and it worked perfectly. Also many eating options in the vicinity. Despite the proximity to train station, the hotel rooms have very good sound proofing. Rather small rooms (yet typical for Southeast Asia) but a spacious bathroom.
I was really satisfied with this accommodation.

Excellent location - 3 min walk from the main station.
Overall cleanliness was lacking. Bathrooms, floors needed a deep clean. Found a bedbug crawling around the bed. Asked for an extra pillow (we booked a family room for 4 and each got one pillow only) but was told they were chargeable. Go to the hotel chain at the back of this one- it’s new and friendlier!
