The Location was amazing.

I have always liked this hotel and come here whenever I stay in Ernakulam, which is usually once a year.
But this time I was a bit disappointed. I dont know if the rooms that are available on booking.com are the same standard than the other rooms. I came with a friend and we had booked two rooms. I found them quite stuffy, and the fan in either room could not be regulated because the knobs were missing. However, staff went out of his way to fix the problem and make us happy. So we had a good stay after all.
Make sure you see the rooms before you pay. Check the air in the rooms, and also check if the fans can be regulated.
