location, comfort, well equipped, big back yard if needed. Well communicated instructions in compendium
entry into apartment, while not difficult for us, it is not suitable for someone with mobility / balance issues - no wheelchair access.

Close walk to the local shops, had everything you needed in the kitchen.

Nice clean place, the facilities were suitable and clean. The area is quiet. Bathrooms had toiletries and clean towels Please note, (this is common in NZ) the windows are single glassed.
When we arrived (mid afternoon) the host had not yet set the code, after 30+ mins of calling and sending messages she apologised in a very non-genuine way. I was glad that there was no further issues. We would not recommend until they change management
