Agoda I am really not happy with my stay here, firstly the plug sockets didn’t work either side of the bed. There was a crack through the TV so it limited visibility. The remote was broken so you couldn’t turn down the volume. And there is very limited water in the venue this means that showering is difficult and if you plan on using the kitchen you can not wash dishes. Kitchen utensils were very limited only one spatula to use while cooking. The main thing that aggravated me the most was the amount of times cleaner and the boss came in our room demanding money for some marks on the bed sheet. Baring in mind the towels were already dirty on arrival. They tried to get money out of us on multiple occasions for the marks on the bed which I replied would have to be taken up by Agoda. The cleaner and the boss entered our room without us knowing searching for money. When we arrived we saw the cleaner and her older son in our room which made us feel suspicious and very uncomfortable. When it was time to make the payment they changed the price twice which also made us feel like it was a scam. The cleaner said “no English “ and would not let me translate on google because she simply didn’t care what I had to say. The boss then said that the sheet needed to be thrown out but the cleaner showed us that it was going to be put in the wash. Finally the boss came to our room at 11.45pm when we were trying to sleep demanding the money which gave us no choice but to pay up over 10 pounds for a small stain on the sheet. Also, there is no desc to check in and if you don’t have data it’s highly likely the WiFi won’t work as you need a password. I would not recommend this place at all.
