The pools, elevator, the parking lot, the hot tub, the bar, the in store, the silence of the neighbors very respectful, the beach is walking distance

Location, View, ease of access
Cleanliness of carpet in bedroom - big red stains next to bed by window. Bathroom shower - dirty, shower floor unclean. Tile floor - felt like it was not mopped feet came away black
