More than recommended!

I really liked the fully automated system — the check-in and door unlocking process was smooth, efficient, and avoided unnecessary paperwork. The room was spacious, comfortable, well furnished, very well lit, and properly climatized. The WiFi was fast and reliable, the TV was nice, and there was enough space for personal belongings. The location is very convenient, close to the city center and restaurants, and parking is available. Breakfast (provided by a separate restaurant) offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made eggs, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and, after comparing prices in the area, it was the most affordable option I found.

Some power outlets in the room did not work, and there was no safety box. If you turn on the bathroom light at night, it illuminates the entire room, which could wake the other person. I also did not see an elevator, so some rooms may not be accessible for everyone.

Amazing stay in beautiful location

Fully automated facilities with a digital key and smart features made this a very intuitive and hassle free stay. The lady at the breakfast buffet was very friendly

Lacking something

Oh dear!..hotel by computer. You'll need a data package to tell you what's going on because everything is online. No signs. No humans. Stuff doesn't work... Work it out for yourself. Lovely place but missing...well finesse.

Great stay!

Our experience at this hotel was really nice. The check-in is digital which was very easy and accessible. The building itself is nice and located in the city centre. The room (double superior) was clean and the bathroom very nice. The staff was really friendly and careful, which we very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the shared coffee and tea machines!

The pillows of the bed were not super comfortable and some extra ones would have been appreciated; the breakfast was well prepared and made, everything looked good but relatively simple for the corresponding price

Old historic modernised house in such a great location , trying new ideas .

modern design in old house town centre very pretty nice trees nice breakfast room two nice ladies very helpful . The manager lady was helpful and BOOKED US A TABLE AT A NEARBY RESTAURANTE .AND SAVED THE DAY. Room temperature nicely controlled .

Should be a bottle of complimentary water and coffee in the rooms . The shower trays are NOT none slip you have to use a towel or risk a fall.

Nice hotel with exceptional customer service

Easily the best experience I have at any hotel. I just showed up during peak season, and the staff went well out of their way to help me. The rooms are new, as they have been remodeling, and everything was fully stocked. Location is also great, well within walking distance of the Jardin des Carmes, Famenne and Art Museum, Chateau Jadot. There are also jogging paths nearby.

Location

No staff. No one! Not a Hotel. They call themselves a Hotel. Mis-sold No double bed, as specified. Two single beds that roll apart are not a double bed. Mis-sold. No free toiletries. No toiletries. Free toiletries specified. Mis-sold. No instructions for novel coffee dispenser. Unable to use without instructions. Power point faulty. Only one functioning power point. Entire stay ruined.

Totally disappointed; be aware of misleading and false description

Only the location

Very disappointed. With great surprise we found out that there was no reception desk, the bar and the restaurant were permanently closed, the outside "sitting" area was totally abandoned, dirty and run down, and the inside of the establishment was dusty and dark. All in all, it gave the feeling and impression of an unwelcome haunted lodging, far from being a proper hotel. It is clear that the description in the information posted on this site is false and misleading. I had submited a formal complaint to the hotel and they never replied; very unprofessional and disrespectful. Next step will be to report the situation to the competent Belgian authorities.

The place was new and comfortable. Parking was available and for free at the location, restaurant was closed,

Nobody was at the location, we waited during 1h to speak to somebody. Then we did the check in by phone (after many calls), but no English was possible. No internet available in the room,

Great little place ❤️

Gorgeous building! The room was lovely and comfortable and had the facility to make coffee which was delicious! It's very near to a good selection of lovely restaurants. Breakfast was served in the room and was plentiful.

Not necessarily something I didn't like but to be aware of. We were running late because of traffic, I didn't realise that check in closed at 19:00. Staff don't speak English (which is fine!) but I wasn't able to communicate the problem. I'm not sure they check emails after that time either. We arrived at 21:00 and the building was dark with no reception. Luckily we met another couple who told us to call a number on the door and the rest was sorted via text. There was no one to greet us, we were just given our room number, which felt bizarre. Very COVID safe though.

The building was fantastic. The room comfortable and clean.

The challenge was checking in as no one was at the desk; I waited over an hour for someone to come even after calling the number on the door. When another guest arrived, they had a different phone number. From there I was directed to my room. Very challenging and could be greatly improved. Also, was expecting the restaurant to be open but it was not.
