The property manager was very responsive the whole time. The concierges were very helpful and attentive. The room sizes and beds were confortable. Hot shower was nice and bathroom was well equipped.
Only was tiny lift was working, limiting the options to access the apartment at any given time. Very busy building. Noisy neighbour. No blackout blinds. Traffic noise can be heard inside. Noisy humidiry fans which were automatically on for no reason.
The parking garage is very very tiny and we were lucky no cars were parked around and/or came in or out at the same time, because there is no space to move around.
The QR code access is a a good idea in theory, but you have to have a compatible mobile phone with internet at all times, so it's not great for people from overseas or older customers who may struggle with technology.
