Lovely Condo Unit

Location is perfect, very center, beach and bay is walking distance (2 minutes walking). Shops are also close. Transport connection is also very good. Ground floor - great coffee shop. Inside almost everything is in a great condition (dishwasher, bed, shower).

Mixed feelings about communication with host. Simple question - is the water drinkable. The answer was "I drank" which is not really an answer. Some furniture inside looks like it was taken from the screen, the table and chair was wobbling. The window was super dirty.

Perfect central location. Keys in the lock box, easy to retrieve, very clear instructions. Good communication with the host. There is a coffee maker and a nice coffee counter on the ground floor and next door. The gym and rooftop pool are exceptional There was only one pool towel available in the apartment, so we had to take regular towel and wash and dry. Would stay again. I wish they could store luggage as we had an early arrival, but there was a luggage storage next door in the coffee shop for about 10 dollars per bag.

Apartment would benefit from a little touch up and deep cleaning and the futon bed quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

The room was very good and had everything needed for a stay of several days, including a washer, dryer, kitchen, and more. The location was definitely the best part — you can easily walk to Brickell, Bayfront Park, and other nearby places. Great view from the 25th floor, with a direct view of Brickell.

There were a few minor details that could be improved, such as the shower, which was not working perfectly and the water flow was uneven. Also, some of the wall edges were damaged, which took away a bit from the overall quality of the apartment.

Host was very nice and responsive. We had everything we needed as we went during MMW and a quick 5 minute to bayfront. View outside the balcony is nice and bed was big and comfortable

A little dirty with some stains and marks on the wall. Some places around unit missing some baseboards and the couch on the balcony had some mold stains. The utensils and pots had rust. Unfortunately maintenance entered the unit unannounced on two separate occasions, with the second time opening with a key copy without even knocking first and not giving an explanation on why they were there.
