Prime Location: Conveniently located near BTM Layout main road with easy access to the metro. Accessible & Well-Connected: Ideal for commuting and getting around the city. Supportive Staff: Staff are friendly, helpful, and demonstrate good behavior. Pleasant Road View: Rooms offer a good view of the road. Good Natural Light: Ample sunlight enters the room, especially from the road-facing side. Room Quality Concern: The room was acceptable but did not fully meet expectations or justify the price/value for money.

Room Cleanliness Issues: The room was decent overall but had noticeable dust, even after housekeeping was done on request. Dusty Curtains: Curtains were not properly maintained and were heavily covered in dust. Poor Linen Quality: Bedsheets and bath towels provided were old and of low quality, with loose threads sticking to the body after use. Unreliable Wi-Fi: Internet connection is average but frequently disconnects; no backup (UPS) for Wi-Fi during power cuts, leading to downtime. Limited Drinking Water: Only 1 liter of drinking water is provided per day, regardless of the number of occupants. Extra Charges for Water: Additional water bottles are chargeable, requiring repeated requests and extra payment.
