Location, train and bus station are near, there is a bakery just 2 minutes away. the apartment is very clean.

The owner is a bit rude: everything was ok during the check-in and stay, we were informed to do a self-checkout. After two days after check-out, I received an awkward SMS from the owner that:" the table cloth has food stains, and it is 100 old from my deceased mother! you did not recognize the value and did not make good use of it, it is only for decoration"!!! We felt extremely offended, It is a table cloth! any family with children can cause food stains on a table cloth that was put on the dining table! Why I as a booking customer should care about a personal souvenir! if the Owner really cares about that item, he either should inform us during the check-in or just replace it with a standard table cloth. complaining to customers after check out on this is either rude or inadequate. avoid it if you want a trouble-free stay! you can hear the noise of the train during the night, the room is a bit cold even with adjusted heating. there is no secured parking, difficult to park, once you moved the car, someone will take it. the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to take your luggage up. The kitchen is simple and equipped can be nice to have extra cups and plates. With this price and service, there are better options in Sintra!
