    Gặp một chút rắc rối về phòng nhưng chỉ là do lỗi kỹ thuật. Bạn nhân viên lễ tân xử lý rất nhanh và hợp tình hợp lý. Nói chung ks 3 sao nhưng nhân viên có thể chấm 10 sao. Sẽ ghé lần sau.

    Resort tuy ở hơi xa trung tâm thành phố, nhưng đổi lại có được khuôn viên rộng, nhiều cây xanh và vườn hoa trong hoàn cảnh thành phố Đà Lạt đã quá chật chội. Phòng còn mới và đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản, phù hợp với giá phòng. Điểm nhấn chính là đội ngũ nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách hết mình không chỉ trong vấn đề lưu trú mà còn những thứ khác. Đoàn nhà mình có người gặp vấn đề về sức khỏe, các bạn đã hỗ trợ lên kiểm tra huyết áp, liên hệ bác sĩ tư vấn y tế từ xa. Gia đình mình rất hài lòng về thời gian nghỉ ở khu resort này.
