Struttura molto accogliente. L'host ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in estremamente in ritardo a causa di un ritardo dei mezzi e ci ha dato consigli preziosi per trascorrere al meglio i nostri giorni a Catania

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the city center and the bus station. The room size is excellent, check-in and check-out is easy. The cleaning is adequate, the equipment is sufficient. There is a shared kitchen, very well equipped, with free coffee and cereal :) It is very close to a metro station, Lidl store, and many cozy cafes, restaurants...
The beds are comfortable, but the faux leather upholstery is very worn. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken. Although they promised to replace it, it never happened. Just little things, but they should be fixed.

La zona della struttura è piuttosto vicina al centro. Il proprietario è gentile ed è stato disponibile a farci lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario del check in. È facile trovare parcheggio a pagamento sotto la struttura o nei dintorni. C'è una zona in comune che può essere utile.
La stanza e il bagno erano molto grandi ma davvero fatiscenti. Persino la presa vicino al mio comodino si staccava continuamente e lo scarico del bagno faceva paura per quanto era rumoroso. Pulizia un poco accurata. Sarebbe carino attendere un feedback spontaneo e non chiedere un 10 dopo il soggiorno.

Good location between city center and bus terminal. Good price. Air conditioner worked perfectly.
There were constructions in front of the building so it was really noisy really early. Bathroom flush was also quite noisy. The shower was overflowing in the last day and I had to use all the towels the clean that up.
First day I got in there was also a puddle of water next to the mini fridge in the room.
Curtain rod was a bit unstable so I didn't really openend the curtains.
