Shower was broken. Breakfast was supposed to be til 9am but was empty by 8:30am. Place was dirty. There was a towel shortage. Coffee was empty.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

This was the worst hotel I've ever attempted to stay in. People doing drugs outside of the entrance. Signs falling off the walls in the lobby. Unclean lobby. The hallway carpets were dirty. Room had an tree airfreshner stuck to the aircondioner, that wasn't actually making cool air. Proabally to mask the stale smell. The sheets on the bed were stained the comforter had what looked like blood on it. The room carpet was dirty. I immediately went to the front desk to get a refund and find another hotel. I was told I couldn't get a refund till the manger was there and he would not be there till the next morning so I could come back or call. I returned the next morning after staying across the way at the Hampton Inn (very nice hotel). Still no manager, now he wouldn't be in till 11 am. I asked for him to call me when he got in. No call. So I called them at 1:30 pm. Was told the manager wouldn't be in foe 20 more minutes. I again asked for a call back. No call back. I called back 2 hours later. Was put on hold indefinitely. So I hung up and called the main corporate office. At this moment 5 days later no refund, no call back from the hotel manager.

The room was filthy. Everything had some kind of haze on it. The light switch look like it had poop on it. The toilet leek water all over. We only had 1 thin towel. The tv had 3 channels. The floor was linoleum and so dirty. The mirror was attached to the wall crooked and the film on it was so think you couldn’t see yourself. The HVAC had hair growing on it. How it got an 8 is beyond me

This place is a DUMP!! I can’t believe that booking.com allows them to book on their site! This place is a total dump! I walked in the room, right back out! I wasted so pissed at “the fake reviews” I drive off! The bed smelled like urine, the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor, dirt in the corner. The AC smelled like a musty basement. Wyndham is TRASH! I wasted $178 dollars at a complete dump! Do NOT believe the 8.7 rating. I can’t almost guarantee the owners had their family post fake reviews. This place is crap! Stay away!!

Overrated trash hotel

The location is great. That is the extent of the positive comments I have for this hotel.

Front guest staff acted like I was an idiot because the elevator didn’t work. Turns out someone was trapped in it. The room was dirty, there are zero amenities, and the clientele is less than desirable. I did not feel safe or clean at all. I would not recommend this hotel to a spider, let alone another human being.
