Easy access to the beach and bridge .
Furniture not very comfortable for older adults. (Couch sucks you in. Making it very hard to get out of it. Other than couch only option is kitchen chairs not the greatest for people with back problems.)
No pantry to put things in . Only counter space to put food on for 10plus people.

The bed I slept in was super soft there were many fthings close by to enjoy lots of space
There was pee on the toilet and a beer in the frig we do not drink. Was not sure what was provided and not there was no trash bag or was in the locked closet the keys in the lock box didn't work on anything in the home and the lock for the door was frustrating we needed our phone every time for the code because the code was to long to remember.... if the upstairs shower in use the down stairs shower water didn't stay hot for long.
