Posizione tattica a dieci metro dalla ZTL di Villanova, facile trovare parcheggio in zona Piazza Kennedy e da lì raggiungere praticamente tutte le zone di Cagliari e delle spiagge vicine come il Poetto.
Nulla di particolare, magari qualche capsula di caffè Nespresso in più sarebbe stata apprezzata.

Casa muito limpa, tem todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável, ótimo custo benefício, os anfitriões são muito prestativos e de fácil comunicação, tivemos um problema de esquecer a chave na porta por dentro e fechou a porta, entramos em contato e resolveram tudo. Ficamos muito contente com a estadia, recomendo a todos.
Se você estiver de carro, precisa ficar atento aos horários de trânsito proibido, de entrar nesse horário pode ser multado. Quando fui não poderia entrar entre 15:00 - 17:30 e a noite entre 21:00 - 07:00, mas consegue estacionar nas proximidades sem problemas.

Appartement très bien équipé, confortable. Très bien placé pour visiter Cagliari à pieds. Bon contact avec l'hôte
L'appartement est très sombre, une seule fenêtre qui donne sur la pièce de vie, heureusement on n'y était que pour les soirées et dormir. La terrasse uniquement pour le linge car pas très agréable pour y passer un moment.
