Asunto on hyvän kokoinen ja rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Autohallipaikka plussaa.
Edellisellä kerralla kolmen viikon majoituksen aikana siivooja kävi kerran ja lakanat vaihdettiin kerran. Nyt ei siivottu eikä lakanoita vaihdettu eikä edes kyselty olisimmeko halunneet. Hinta oli kuitenkin noussut edelliseen vuoteen verrattuna huimasti. Asunnon edessä oleva kauppakeskuksen rakennus häiritsi päivittäin 12 h.

Es gab nur ein deutsches Programm, das selten Nachrichten brachte. Ebenso gab es nur ein italienisches Programm, das auch wenig Nachrichten brachte. Das Vorhandensein eines Bidets wäre auch schön gewesen.
