Esta en pleno centro de la ciudad, bien situado y se nota nuevo y cuidado todo.
La zona es muy ruidosa y el apartamento no tiene aislamiento. Se oye todo.

L'appartamento è ampio, ben organizzato. Il letto era comodissimo. Ha tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno breve (phon, lavatrice, cucina).
C'era qualche macchia sul copriletto e le gomme della doccia da sistemare.

Muy buen alojamiento todo nuevo y cuidado. La ubicación era bastante buena en el centro de la ciudad.
El ruido de la calle. Es verdad que tenían tapones porque seguramente más inquilinos se han quejado de este asunto.

Su ubicación.
El fuerte olor a humedad, se nota que le ponen mimo y está reformado, pero siendo un bajo sin poder ventilar y edificio tan antiguo es imposible eliminar el olor, que no de humedad de clima, que también, sino de moho de antiguo.. lo que además hizo que tuviéramos visitas, varias cucarachas campaban a sus anchas, una pena porque le quita las ganas de repetir.
