This property was spotless and nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed having laundry facilities. It’s very conveniently located in the OTR area. Much quieter than we expected for being in that busy area.

Property was in a great location, near the music Hall, and the owner really goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy, and if you love the sound of a fan at night, you’ll be right at home in this apartment. Has all the amenities you need for a work stay or play.
Parking garage is about a block away, but free parking so who can really complain! Bring an eye mask because the bedroom is bright in the AM even with blinds.

The kitchen and living area were nice. I liked the Cincinnati decorations. The blinds were very convenient. It was clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable and they provided us extra pillows on request, which we appreciated. They also provided snacks and other amenities we thought was thoughtful. We liked the fact that we had a washer and dryer. It is close to Xavier University. Close to parking garage and free parking was awesome.
The shower was small and could have been cleaner, the mirrors were dirty, the laundry room needed cleaning. Other than that it was clean. There are boarded up buildings right next to the one we stayed in and the neighborhood was somewhat sketchy.
