This was our second stay at this property, and I'm sure it won't be our last. The house is very spacious, clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. As it's a large house and the weather wasn't particularly warm, it was a little chilly at times. However, the hosts had provided plenty of extra warm blankets, as well as a thick woollen vest that my daughter happily wore in the evening, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. I prefer cooking rather than eating takeaway, so even though we only stayed for one night, I was able to prepare both dinner and a late breakfast after a quick trip to the local grocery shop. The large garden with outdoor furniture was another highlight, and the property is only a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My children really enjoyed our stay, and we all felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Water pressure in the kitchen (tap) was not great and it took forever to wash dishes after kids finished their breakfast but that is really the only thing I would mention as something that was an issue ( I didn't have much time to clean/ tidy up after everyone). Nothing else to add that I wouldn't like .

- Quasi fully fenced garden, great for dogs. - Pet friendly place, no extra charge! - The "train noise" is almost non existent. - The sulphur in the water is well filtered out. There is very rarely a smell or taste. - Owner responds very quickly.

Some small bits we did not like: - The entrance area, kitchen and living room have no doors. The entrance area is quite cold but you cannot contain that. The cooking smell goes to the living room. - It is difficult to air the living room as the only window is blocked by the sofa. - Dishwasher and washing machine cannot be run at the same time. It trips the fuse. - Two pillows need urgent replacing. They are badly marked and smell. - Fire extinguisher hasn't been serviced since 2002. - No vacuum cleaner - The free toiletries were empty bottles. - The air freshener was empty, too. - Soap dispenser in kitchen blocked. - Contrary to listing no on-site parking. It is blocked by a huge pile of sand. Free street parking. We also missed the promised desk. - Internet is often slow. - 2 of 3 drawers in the freezer were full. - Careful! Hot/cold water in the shower are labelled wrongly. - Bath room tap is very stiff. - Very dim lighting in the living room. - 2/3 lights are out in the bedroom.

Looks like the grarden was dug up this time and the fence was not closed from neighbours in one spot. Walking in and out of the house brought in a looot of sand and dirt because of the dug up yard

Расположение дома для отпуска, наличие спальных мест, бесплатная парковка, наличие посудомойки, ухоженная территория В целом место на 1-2 дня отдохнуть перезагрузиться неплохое. Кстати очень оживленное место, нам удалось застать косуль. И приятно, что можно с животными без доп. Платы, за это огромный плюс!

Вода из крана и шланга была странного запаха т цвета, наши купальники были после этой воды желтого цвета. Но больше всего удивило, что кубла которую мы заказывали не была подготовлена, нас не предупредили, что нужно будет самим все делать, инструкции где все лежит тоже не было, чтобы подготовить. Честно говоря с таким столкнулись впервые😅возможно в других местах такое практикуют, но я много где была и такое впервые. Не было бумажных полотенец на кухне, всего 1 сковородка, но кастрюль было достаточно. В общем и целом, неплохое место для отдыха в компании, хозяйка была отзывчива, просто немного доработать и будет супер, особенно если будет своя кубла и баня, отдых в этом доме будет еще приятнее.
