PCB Condo w/ Community Perks & Beach Access

The location

Fire alarm went off at 730AM and didn’t go off for like 2 hours. There was no fire.

Visitors were allowed, and not many restrictions,

The pool closing.

The location was excellent. The facilities were clean and the heated pool was a big bonus. Having 2 different pools plus a jacuzzi was nice. The condo was big and had all of the amenities. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit and the view to the water was spectacular. The location puts you away from the crowded public beaches and the beach area was so well maintained.

The staff wasn't always friendly, especially the security guards. The snack bar was undergoing renovations so that was a disappointment. lots of kids/teenagers so it was a bit loud at times outside by the pool but they were parts of families so they were well monitored.

We liked the view and location of the property

We didn’t like how the middle elevator was down, our instructions stated to check in by 11pm and we did and the office staff was gone already so we had to carry all of over stuff without being able to use a luggage cart and the middle elevator was out, so longer waits on the end elevators. We didn’t have water for over 24 hours due to a water main bust and the staff was kind of rude about updates when asked. I’m sure they were being asked nonstop but a lot of guest aren’t from the area and don’t get the updated. Being on the 11th floor it was slow to reach our floor once it came on and then we had no pressure. It was very inconvenient honestly, especially with needing to use the restroom and wanting to shower. Our unit we stayed in was okay itself, more of a property issue.
