Good location, average accommodation, photos online are better than it really looks.

The location was great, close to the train station and about a 1km walk to the centre of town where the Christmas markets were. A large, spacious apartment and relatively well-priced. Our son liked the swings. There is a nice kids playground not far from the apartment.

The kitchen was filthy including dirty dishes / pans. There were cobwebs and a need for a good deep clean. The sofa bed was adequate for our 10 year old, but would not have been comfortable for 1, let alone 2 adults. The pillows need replacing and are lumpy. The layout is strange in that you walk straight into the main bedroom. This room is right next to the front door of the building so it's noisy at night.

Hervorragende Lage, aber Wohnung etwas enttäuschend

Sehr geräumige Wohnung in einem schönen historistischen Haus; top Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof; Gastgeberin antwortet schnell und kompetent

Wohnung befindet sich im Souterain, spartanische Ausstattung (zB nur ein Wasserglas und ein Weinglas, fehlende Geschirrhandtücher, nur ein Badetuch bei drei Gästen, ansonsten kleine Handtücher), mangelhafte Sauberkeit (Staub, viele tote Fliegen, Fensterbänke ungeputzt, klebriger Boden), in die Jahre gekommene Möbel

Toplage, Stadtkern fußläufig erreichbar

Große Ferienwohnung, insgesamt spartanisch aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet Küche sogar mit den gängigen Gewürzen, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, leider zeimlich vereist, r Kochplatten ausgestattet. Badezimmer klein aber kuschelig und sauber. Die zwei Hängesitze sind der Gag.

Nur ein Wasser- und ein Weinglas vorhanden.. Wir müssten die Gardinen auch an Tag zuziehen, wegen Blicken draußen von der Str. und auch im Wohnzimmer wg viel Betrieb durch den Eingang direkt am Nachbarhaus. Ist aber eben der Lage im Parterre geschuldet. Bett direkt an der Wand zum sehr oft benutzten Treppenhaus störend wg der Geräuschkulisse.

Tolle Lage, mittelgute Wohnung

Charmante Unterkunft in einem alten schönen Gebäude in Gehweite vom Bahnhof in einer wunderschönen Allee!!! Wir haben den Weg in die Altstadt und zurück immer sehr genossen! Es ist erstaunlich ruhig dort mitten im Zentrum. Es ist viel Platz in der Wohnung, nur das Bad ist sehr klein aber ok. Kleinere Menschen kommen nur mit Stuhl an das Fenster zum Lüften! Das Bett ist groß und bequem, ein Highlight sind die Hängesessel. Vor dem Fenster.

Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain und daher ohne Sonne ein bisschen düster (bei schönem und sehr warmen Wetter ist dies aber ein Vorteil). Dies betrifft vor allem die Küche im hinteren Teil. Sie ist auch etwas spärlich eingerichtet und bestückt. Wir waren aber eh essen die 2 Tage. Das Sofa ist etwas altersschwach und zum Schlafen schief. Hier wäre ein neues ganz toll. Die Stühle sind etwas wackelig und nicht für schwere Menschen geeignet. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig, auf dem Boden waren noch diverse alte Flecken (wir konnten sie wegwischen) und unterm Sofa war es staubig, auch in den Ecken. Wir haben es beim Ausziehen bemerkt. Eine Müslischale war sichtbar nicht sauber gespült, ein Messer brach gleich auseinander am Schaft. Die Heizung bollerte die ganze Nacht, daher war es viel zu warm, sie rauschte und war leider auch nicht abzustellen. Das hat ziemlich genervt. Vielleicht kann der Vermieter hier mal nachbessern oder eine Anleitung hinlegen.

Ausstattung der Küche (Induxtionsplatte, aber entsprechenden Töpfe), Raumaufteilung (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer tauschen), für Geschäftsreisende fehlt ein Schreibtisch.
