One of the best locations in La Tania. Literally on the piste and overlooking the piste, next door to the shops, bars and restaurants. Covered parking space included, we have an XC90 which only just fit. Nice apartment, spacious enough for the two of us, the advertised five would have been a real push (as many ski apartments are). Full size bath, shower over, abundance of very hot water. Fridge with freezer compartment, decent coffee percolator, microwave and full 4 ring hob. First floor, lift or stairs. Quiet, well insulated building, small south facing balcony. Absolutely would visit again. Great price. Shop (Sherpa) with general food items, fresh baguettes and pastries 2 min walk. Boot room on ground level, just fit 5 pairs of skis in basic locker. Lift passes available from the La Tania lift, office on the side, walkable 2 min.

Instructions when picking up keys and key for car park and directions were pretty poor in broken english. Unloading the car is a bit of hassle if you bring loads like we do. Three choices, 1. park in Sherpa shop car park, 45m limit and walk across gated carpark to back of building, key code then lift up. 2. Park at very bottom of building near bins, catch lift up to building, enter building then lift up. 3. Go straight to car park, lift up, walk to front of building, lift up. No boot warmers in the cold lockers, so bring your own and bring boots to room if you want dry warm boots. No medical centre in La Tania, had to visit 1850 🤕

Location

Great access to the pistes , ski in and ski out. Handy for supermarket, restaurants and bars. Nice safe underground car park .

A little unloved , the common areas were in a poor state with rusting railings on the stairs. British channels on the TV and maybe a radio / CD player would have been nice.
