    I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. I traveled all the way from Miri, Sarawak to Kuala Lumpur and made a confirmed booking through the Agoda mobile application (not the Agoda official website) on 3/12/2025. However, upon arriving for check-in on 30/1/2026, the receptionist informed me that my booking reference number did not exist in the hotel system. This is completely unacceptable. If a booking reference was officially issued, how is it possible that the hotel has no record of my reservation? This clearly indicates serious mismanagement and poor coordination between the hotel and Agoda. Guests should not be made to suffer due to the hotel’s internal or system failures. After a long and exhausting journey, I was left with no choice but to pay again to book another room (family room) simply to have a place to stay. This was an unfair and unreasonable financial burden caused entirely by the hotel’s failure. Although the receptionist claimed that she had contacted Agoda customer service, there was no immediate solution, no compensation, and no responsibility taken by the hotel. This reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I demand a clear explanation and a full refund for the original booking. Even if the chances of receiving a refund are low, this situation should never have occurred in the first place. This incident completely ruined my travel experience, and I strongly warn future guests to be cautious. I sincerely hope no other customers will become victims of such negligence again.
