Kontaktní osoba nemluví anglicky, takže musíte používat translátor. Jinak krásný výhled z pokoje. Jste vysoko, takže je tam hodně sněhu, městečko je moc krásné, hromada sjezdovek, které nabízejí využití jak pro děti, tak pro dospělé.
Dostali jsme klíč od pokoje a to bylo vše. Nikdo nás pokojen neprovedl, musel jsem na googlu hledat návod na topení. Součástí pokoje není mikrovlná trouba ani varná konvice. Povlečení na posletl si musíte přivést svoje. Z garnýží padají záclonky. (:-.

Samostatné vytápění, vybavení kuchyně (nádobí). Fotky na Booking zcela odpovídají realitě, což oceňujeme😉
Nebyly ručníky a povlečení. O této skutečnosti jsme byli informováni až v den příjezdu, kdy už jsme byli na cestě! Komunikace s Lory pouze v italštině. Byl to celkem oříšek. Přišla vybrat vybrat 40€ (městská pobytová daň) a 20€ za úklid, který však měl být zahrnutý v ceně ubytování!
