Beautifully decorated, super clean home. Convenient location close to market and cafes for exploring bir, and yet quiet. Staff was excellent, very responsive and courteous.

Neighboring property blasted bad loud music in the evening until10 pm. Closing the balcony door helped, but maybe they need to be requested to turn volume down

Pros: Dedicated and friendly staff Delicious vegetarian and egg-based meals Clean and disciplined environment Close to the paragliding landing site Nearby cafes, restaurants, and markets Good value for money Paragliding arrangements by the property Plenty of books, toys, and sports equipment for kids Toddler-friendly food options Bluetooth speakers in each room No hen or stag parties, ensuring a peaceful stay Nearby fuel station Cons: The last 100m of the road can be tricky Stringent rules may not suit everyone(especially in our country) - check rules before No non-vegetarian food, though the vegetarian options are delicious Poor road conditions from Mandi to Bir (as of May '25) (~100km) Limited quality restaurant options on the route from Delhi via Mohali/Chandigarh Unpredictable weather, so pack accordingly

Nothing to NOT like about! Would have given a 10 if I could get some delicious non-veg items to relish as well.
