Brand new property with all new mod cons appliances. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The location was really good right near bars and restraints and 5 mins walk to the beach
Air coon unit was leaking down the wall, but the bnb said someone was coming to fix it

Amazing location, walking distance to anywhere in the old town
The shower drain was blocked and it being an open shower flooded the bathroom floor. We had to use a plunger multiple times in five days to clear the drain. There are no windows and the apartment has a damp, mouldy smell because of this as not much air is circulating and the room is dark unless you open the front door (where people on the street can look in). The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and dips in the middle, so during the night we both ended up rolling into the centre of the bed because it was sloped.
