Lokalizacja, wyposażenie apartamentu
Sam budynek już trochę zapuszczony i nie remontowany na bieżąco. Apartament był w porządku, przestronny, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony jednak czystość po zostawiała sporo do życzenia.

Super freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Komplett Ausstattung des Apartments war top. Intakter , gepflegter Spielplatz direkt an der Unterkunft für Kids ideal. Stellplatz Tiefgarage war super. Aufzug bis in die Garage. Lage zum Strand durch den hinteren Teil / Ausgang der Wohn-Anlage kurzläufig ohne Trubel zu erreichen. 5 Lokale hier auch in nächster Nähe.
Eigentlich alles Top. Maximal der Wäsche Ständer am Balkon könnte mal erneuert werden .

Optisch sehr absprechend und schön eingerichtet
Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Überall starke Gebrauchsspuren. Balkontür im Schlafzimmer undicht, dadurch zieht es nachts. Sauberkeit: überall Sand, nur im Sichtfeld gesaugt. Matratzen scheinen auch schon älter zu sein.
