Die Ausststtung war außergewöhnlich gut und sehr geschmackvoll.
Die Ausstattung des Wohnraumes inkl. der Küchenzeile war sehr praktisch und komfortable.
Praktisch war auch der Computersrbeitsplatz.

お部屋が写真の通りでとても素敵でした！キッチンはオーブン・電子レンジ・大きな冷蔵庫・トースターに電気ケトル・ちょっとした食器もありました。バスルームには洗濯機や洗剤もありました。使用はしませんでしたがボディーソープなどもあったようです。タオルもちゃんと置いてありました。シャワーブースはしっかり扉付きで、水が飛び散る心配がありません。また、各部屋の暖房も効いていて、暖かかったです。立地はハノーファー駅から徒歩7～8分です。集合住宅の一部になっているので前の道はやや暗いですが、街灯はありますし、特別治安が悪いという印象はありませんでした。途中に大型スーパーもありますので食料品や日用品の買い出しには困らないかと。（日曜日はお休みでした）
集合玄関と部屋にそれぞれロックがかかっているのですが、集合玄関の開錠の仕組みがわからず、入るのに戸惑いました。ナンバーキーや端末をかざすような装置も見当たらず、困り果てて「BｎB」と書いてあるインターホンを押すと管理人さんらしき人が出てきて開けてくれました。結果、１週間ほど前に部屋の暗証番号がメールで送られてきていたのですが、そのメールに記載があったアプリを入れてコードを認証させることでロック解除ができるものだったようです（受信端末はドアの内側にあるため外から見えない）。部屋のロックは番号で解除できるようだったので、アプリは入れてなかったのですがそれが仇になりました。民泊が初めてでしたので焦りましたが、時代の流れを感じました… あとは立地ですかね。立地は遠すぎず近すぎずでよいのですが、到着時雨天だったのでハノーファー駅からタクシーに乗ろうとしたところ、「すぐそこだから歩いていけるよ！」と言われてしまいました。お互い通じない言語で雨だからお願い、と結局乗せてくれましたが。一方通行の様で、ぐるっと遠回りしたので天気が良ければ歩いた方が早そうです。

Well laid out and modern with everything you need to hand. Both a comfortable appartement to sleep, work and relax at. It had a lovely living kitchen area wich was well apointed.
This was not a major issue for us and at the end of the day it is good that the property is being maintained, but there were works being carried out outside the front of the property so the windows were a dusty and there was scafolding in front of the windows so we were not sure if we were going to be looked in on or if we could keep the window open but this would not put me off renting the property again and actualy no workers were working on the property when we were inside. I would still recomend staying here :-)
