SOLANA 7 Bed Rooms FAMILY VACATION VILLA-Private Pool and SPA

The location was a little far from where we needed to be but the price was exceptional for the crew.parking was a bit congested at the property but we managed to work it out.

Congested parking was a bit much. Ants bothered us a bit but property manager responded quickly to our request to get it cleared up,

House was very nice and clean for the most part. Kids loved the pool

Dishes were not clean. Had food stuck to them and had to wash before use. Only had a couple of wash cloths. Had to go buy some

The pool was great.

Checked in with 500.00 in food. Refrigerator was not working. Called and texted the manager brought cooler and ice. Next day was supposed to get a new frig well that didn't happen. So we had to by one and put in the garage to save all our frozen foods. We had 10 people in the house. No cleaning, laundry, dishtowels,Towels and washcloths for more than 3 people. Had to order from Walmart all the above plus . Things were broken not working and unclean floors. My grandkids had a very nice time as for the adults we cleaned and was always on the alert for God know what was going to be done next. I spent more money trying to do the properties job and it was a really sad time for me and very depressing time. So much for having a relaxed and enjoyable stay. I am hoping some of this will be or all this will be cleaned and taken care of for the new people that come in. If you go please know there is a new frig. But for everything else you need to purchase. Towels, washcloths, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. On a good note the security guard and the clubhouse people were awesome.
